Suggestions for Discipline and Discipleship within ARC

As I said to the former deputy PM who led the Australian contingent so well last night :The key audience is simply not here !"  There was amongst the thousands there yesterday ONLY A HANDFUL of people who claim competence in effectively leading the Greens to join a sounder, less panic prone consensus on  wise resource use in our communities. We conservatives have our own conservation competency claims which have historical concrete and effective cultural frames,  SUGGESTION  The first name to coin and collect on in the ARC frame should be Sparcs -- Sustainable Professionals allied for responsible citizenship..  The world really needs that focus and discipline because the commentariat of "what should happen on the ground "MUST be constrained by those who effectively "work the ground"  Which brings me to the next name .  Why ? because to be positive ( and there is a effervescent level of positivity at the moment in ARC ) we need to face the cutting...

Such a lot of right wing ranters

Yes there is that.  Makes a change from having to put up with same old suck eggs waffle from the never successful whose careless experimentation, ignorance and arrogance(of working ecologies ) is mind numbingly dumb mental torture for many across the West.  Thankfully, for me (a bit of a Narc -see below) , there are plenty of people in the leadership who know the risk of new institutions and that was so wonderfully evident in the first day and the first speakers . Please wish us all well in this ambitious endeavor, Wish the many young people who are there in their hundreds well too  Yes we are a broad church , but we are UNITED over the need to bring competence and responsibility back to those who sit in powerful positions.

One of the biggest challenges we face as communities is to find a new consensus about conservation and how to do it so that it actually works   ARC ( The Alliance for Responsible Citizenship ) has asserted that this critical quest is NOT a job for dilatants, and I agree wholeheartedly. This is not to deny the important role of observers and other participants but to show how role of those who actually have proved themselves capable by study and effective work in an area can help us all move on with genuine workable agendas,  The public service and political parties too...
